The homepage really ugly!

I don’t think the homepage of Harvard University is professional. Looks so ugly, you love it???
Don’t like the font, the color, and the structure the page use…
And even the html code are  td,tr,table…..My god! 

 As a world famous university, why not make it more beautiful and professional?

First of all, they can purchase nearly everything from the Internet and most of the time shipping it to your home is free! For people who live in other countries, we can order stuff from USA via the Internet but we’ll have to pay for the ridiculously expensive shipping fee and import tax which sometimes cost more than the product that we’re buying.

The combination of S3 and AIR offers a powerful deployment model with little internal infrastructure required. The simple, yet robust, deployment is possible because the AIR runtime runs on the client machine. Last week I spent a few hours with Dick Wall of the Java Posse working on an application which combines Google App Engine, Adobe AIR, and Flex. This was a fun experiment that turned into a pretty cool application. The application, named QuickFix, sends an image to Google App Engine which does an “I’m Feeling Lucky” transformation on the image and sends it back.
